Where your home is unable to be adapted due to the layout or other factors, we can help you with larger scale projects such as home improvements.

Examples of this are

• reconfiguring the layout/use of rooms within your property
• adding an extension to your existing property

Whist these are much larger scale projects, we can help and support you through the complicated process of plans, building warranty, contractors and building regulations.

Again, where you meet certain criteria and have been assessed by an Occupational Therapy, we may be able to access a home improvement grant to help towards the cost of these larger scale projects.
