The Customer Services Assistant is a front facing role, with responsibility for tasks including dealing with enquiries from applicants and tenants at the first point of contact, assessing housing application forms, updating records and maintaining housing systems, recording reports of repairs and providing general administrative support.
It is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop transferrable skills in an office environment.
