Contractors Wanted for Approved Contractor List

Orkney Housing Association is actively seeking qualified and reliable contractors to join our approved contractor list for upcoming and ongoing housing maintenance, repairs, and development projects. As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality housing services to our tenants, we are looking for trusted partners to work with us in providing excellence across a wide range of areas.

We invite contractors with expertise in the following sectors to apply:

General building and construction
Plumbing, electrics, and ventilation
Joinery and carpentry
Painting and decorating
Carpet/Vinyl laying
Grounds maintenance and landscaping

No Job Too Big or Too Small
Whether your expertise lies in large-scale developments or smaller, specialised projects, Orkney Housing Association welcomes all contractors.
