We are marking our 40th anniversary this year, and will be launching a new way for local people to invest alongside us in delivering even more housing over the coming years.

The Orkney Community Housing Bond will offer local people a fixed return on investment which will help the Association with its ambitious plans to commence developing up to 250 new homes over the next five years.
