Payments can be made either weekly, fortnightly, 4-weekly or monthly. However, as a standing order is for a fixed amount,
if your payments change you need to fill in a new form and submit it to your bank. You can download a
Standing Order form
or we can send you one. To ensure we know who the payment is from please contact the office to obtain your unique
reference number prior to sending this to your bank.
You can pay your rent at the Dounby Post Office. If you use this service you will need a rent card, containing your unique reference number, which acts as your receipt.
If you find that you are having difficulty paying please let us know immediately.
It's never a good idea to let arrears build up as it can be a source of real stress and it's also a breach of your tenancy agreement
which could lead to you losing your home.
