The Association held an Open Day at its newly completed houses at Taftingus Place, St Margaret’s Hope on Saturday 26 May 2012.

These 10 units are the first houses that the Association has completed in St Margaret’s Hope since the Marengo Road development in 1991.  All 8 rented properties have been let to people from the area and the new tenants are in the process of moving in.

Two of the properties are available for sale to eligible households under the Scottish Government’s Shared Equity Scheme.  The successful applicants will be able to use Scottish Government funds to cover up to 40% of the purchase price (depending upon their means).
